These terms apply to every order placed on thetshirtdepartment.com or with us directly.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Screen printing includes a $55 setup fee per colour, shown in your price.

Orders are paid in full at checkout before we start.

Your artwork

You must own the artwork you send us or have permission to print it. You're responsible for any claim that it uses someone else's trade mark or copyright.

We can decline any design we're not comfortable printing. If we do, we'll refund you in full.

Proofs

We'll email a proof before we print. Nothing prints until you approve it.

Check spelling, sizes, colours and placement carefully. We print exactly what you approve.

Turnaround

Turnaround starts once your proof is approved and payment is in. Express is 4 business days (digital printing only), standard is 7 business days and screen printing is 2 weeks.

Turnaround doesn't include delivery time.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery is $12 for orders of up to 10 items and $20 for larger orders, anywhere in Australia, or pick up free from Bridgeman Downs.

Once your order is with the courier, delivery times are up to them. Your order is yours once it's delivered or picked up.

Colours and garments

Colours can look slightly different on screen than on fabric, and can vary a little between garment colours.

We print on AS Colour garments. Sizing follows AS Colour's size charts.

Refunds

See our refunds policy.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. As far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to reprinting it or refunding what you paid.
