What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and delivery address, the artwork you upload, and what you tell us in the quote form or chat.

Payments go through Shopify's checkout. We never see your full card number.

How we use it

To quote, make your proof, print and deliver your order, and reply to you.

We'll only send you marketing emails if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe any time.

Who else handles it

Shopify runs our store and checkout. Cloudflare stores the artwork you upload. Resend delivers quote form emails to us. Couriers get your delivery details. Google helps us measure how our ads perform.

They only use your details to provide their service to us. Some of them store data outside Australia.

Cookies

Your browser keeps your cart on your device so it's there when you come back. Shopify and Google use cookies for checkout and to measure our ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Artwork you upload is deleted after 12 months. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires.

We don't sell it

We never sell or rent your personal information.
